Lucky

Lucky is the name of a set of files: rules, memory that survives between sessions, a knowledge base, and a handful of skills, all running on top of Claude Code. Not a separate model, not a product, and not an employee.

This section will hold the machinery rather than the marketing: the directory layout, the format of a single rule, and the incidents those rules came out of. Every rule in that set exists because something went wrong first, and each one carries the session it went wrong in.
